In this day and age, opening a brick and mortar store comes with a lot of adversity. After much reasoning, I decided to sell on Lazada. I thought it was a good start to launch an ecommerce platform and the cheapest and fastest investment. Plus, Lazada makes it easy for anyone to start a store online.

Being an ambassador allows me to share my knowledge and experience with others. As successful as I am in starting my store, I want to be there to help others who are starting out because I know what it feels like doing this on your own. It is my pride and happiness that no profit can ever replace.

I have the determination to succeed in this business. I will always remember starting out with a small revenue to now becoming the number one store on Lazada.

"I am a seller who started from zero.”

I am a seller who has already sold my products on different platforms. However, none were as easy-to-use and useful to me as Lazada. It is a marketplace of sellers and a community of sellers who are awesome and strive to be successful. Lazada is the number one platform in the country and the results show, my business has grown faster than expected.

When I became a Seller Ambassador, I had a lot of fun getting to know the sellers who are now ambassadors as well. We all had the opportunity to share experiences of our highs and lows with the community, something I never would have done had I not join the program. A huge thanks to Lazada for changing my life.

I am a seller who started from zero. My store is the way it is today thanks to the hardwork and continuous actions and improvements we have taken to my business. What I get is experience and we have changed our perspective and saw many opportunities in this market. I sell in the FMCG industry. We need to adjust all the time in order to follow the various trends. As our store grows, the number of products increases.

In the future, I’d like a bigger team to help with the sales. I would also like to share the experiences I’ve had with other sellers who will find it useful.

I was trying to find e-commerce platform to increase my revenue, and over the last 4 years, the trend in online selling is very hot. I’ve tried selling many types since starting from 0. The first thing to do is create my own website and sell it on Facebook. But when we come to join Lazada, we find that Lazada has many tools that make it easier to post products including reaching customers is much more so we decided to focus on selling on Lazada.

 

Lazada is an ever-evolving platform and there will have new tools or changing new ui constantly. What I did when I was LazSA is get to know the tools or modifications in first pilot. If we feel that it is not good for the seller, we can directly tell the people involved. But if something has developed, it helps to sell or a lot easier, we hurriedly spread the updates to the seller. And we can communicate directly with those involved Make an impression with other sellers as well for example When something was changed, the other seller were affected. they chatted to ask for help from me. After that, I help inform the relevant parties and the problem is resolved no later than 24 hours when the problem can be solved quickly, both us, the seller and the Lazada team. We will all be happy.
